Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SaaS platforms published by YdvSystems, a sole proprietorship operated by Yohann Dandeville (French business registration SIRET 534 080 783 00028). Using the platforms implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Access and registration

Access to the platforms requires creating a personal account. Users must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. Each account is strictly personal and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. In the event of suspected fraudulent use of an account, YdvSystems reserves the right to suspend access immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the platforms in accordance with their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited: scraping or automated data extraction, reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of the source code, any attempt at unauthorized access to systems, and any use for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order.

Users agree not to intentionally overload the servers, not to distribute malicious content (viruses, malware) and not to use the platforms to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Data

Users retain ownership of all data they enter and store on the platforms. YdvSystems hosts and processes this data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its Privacy Policy. YdvSystems commits to not accessing Client data except for technical necessity (maintenance, support) and to never sharing it with third parties.

5. Availability

YdvSystems uses reasonable means to ensure platform availability. Access is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance by email or in-app notification. YdvSystems shall not be held liable for interruptions due to network failures, urgent security updates or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual property

The YdvSystems platforms, their source code, architecture, design and all associated content (text, images, logos) are the exclusive property of YdvSystems. A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable right of use, limited to the duration of the subscription. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, YdvSystems reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account. Except in cases of emergency (security breach, illegal activity), a prior warning will be sent by email, giving the user 15 days to comply. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

YdvSystems reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platforms after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
